Drone Flight Planner (“the app”) is a pre-flight planning tool for drone pilots. We designed it to keep your data on your device. This policy explains what the app accesses and why.
The app has no user accounts, no login, no analytics SDKs, and no advertising. We do not collect, store, or sell your personal information.
With your permission, the app uses your device location only to center the map on your current position and to set a route’s starting point. Your location is used on-device and is not stored by us or shared with any server we operate. You can deny or revoke location permission at any time in your device settings; the app still works — you can pan the map and search for places manually.
To provide its features, the app sends limited, non-identifying requests to:
These requests contain only what is needed to answer them (e.g. coordinates or a search term). We do not attach any account or identifier. Each service processes requests under its own privacy policy.
Your saved flight plans, aircraft/mode selection, language, theme and unit preferences are stored locally on your device only. Uninstalling the app removes them.
The app is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect data from anyone.
We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date will change accordingly.
